  • Stay professional

It is important to use professionally worded emails and not to write about how frustrated you are with their slow response times or how hurt you are by losing the listing.

  • Use simple language and state facts

Telling them how you had amazing performance metrics and how you’re a great seller will be of no use if the policy violation is for something else. Stick to the matter at hand and state facts.

  • Formatting is very important

Use of bullet points instead of long monotonous paragraphs goes a long way towards helping you retain the attention of Amazon support.

  • Tell them how you’ve resolved the problem

Please first and foremost, identify the problem and in your opening paragraph, tell them how you’ve resolved it

  • Don’t try to shift blame to something or someone else

Blaming buyers would put you in a worse position. Always operate under the assumption that the complaints are legitimate and work out how to solve those problems

  • Address every element mentioned in the suspension letter

Please shift your focus towards understanding and resolving every issue mentioned in the letter of suspension and address it holistically in your plan of action.
